New Communist Party of Yugoslavia (NKPJ) is a revolutionary Marxist-Leninist party founded on June 30th, 1990. From the start of the fratricidal wars in Yugoslavia and the dismantling of our homeland, party has focused its activities on Serbiain territory, although it has members in other republics that used to be parts of former Yugoslavia.
NKPJ advocates the abolition of the existing exploitative social and economic relations established in Serbia, after the disintegration of socialism during the 1990th especially after the counterrevolutionary coup performed on October 5th 2000, and creation of the socialist system in the first phase, and the communist classless society in perspective. As convinced advocates of the Marxist-Leninist ideology and dialectical materialism, we support an irrefutable scientific fact that the true freedom, equality, justice, peace and the abolition of class distinctions and injustices and exploitation of the labor of others for profit can only be achieved by changing the system in which we live by creating a socialist and communist perspective. Change in the social system is a revolutionary process that NKPJ fully supports and it is ready to carry on its shoulders. The holder of progressive socio-economic changes is the working class, the only one that guarantees the development and advancement. Bourgeoisie is a parasite that takes the fruits of someone else's work to itself, and as such has to go away and disappear from the historical scene. In order to achieve this, the working class, in alliance with the peasantry (that has the same interests as working class) and honest intelligence, needs to start the fight against the ruling exploiter class, the bourgeoisie. In the first lines of fronts of the proletariat struggle should be a vanguard, the most militant and most conscious unit and inalienable part of the working class, revolutionary Marxist-Leninist party. Such a party is NKPJ on the territory of Serbia and all of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia .
NKPJ is marching on the road which was paved by classics of scientific socialism, Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin. In accordance with that, NKPJ is equally against harmful effects of ideological revisionism and reformist opportunism, as well as adventurous ultra-leftism (whose biggest critic was leader of the October Revolution and the world proletariat - Vladimir Ilyich Lenin).
In addition to the struggle for socialism and communist perspective, NKPJ fights for the restoration of our country Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. NKPJ points out that our country Socialist Yugoslavia was dismantled by Western imperialism with assistance of his servants, and internal anti-Yugoslav nationalist, so that the reconstruction of Yugoslavia sets as progressive goal opposed to imperialist process of breaking up our socialist country and provoking fratricidal civil wars on its territories. Need for struggle for the restoration of Yugoslavia is justified by the fact that the process of disintegration of Yugoslavia has not been fully completed, and that it is still going on with the creation of the so-called independent republic of Kosovo, which is essentially a NATO country in the heart of the Balkans. As communists, we stand for the restoration of Yugoslavia, not only for the reason of socialist patriotism (because Yugoslavia was the first state in our country where the revolution won, and where working class came to power), but also because we firmly believe that the united Yugoslav space is an obstacle to the aggressive imperial designs in the region, as well as the historical tendency towards the optimal solution for the life and prosperity of all Yugoslav people and national minorities.
NKPJ has its youth wing, the League of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia (SKOJ), which represents the vanguard or the leading unit of young workers, peasants, university students and high school students.
NKPJ is the only member of the International communist movement coming from the territory former Yugoslavia, while SKOJ is an official member of the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY)- the successor of the former Communist Youth International. NKPJ categorically opposes Serbia's membership in a dungeon of the peoples of Europe - European Union, and stands for the disappearance of this reactionary imperialist creation that has a purpose of letting the wealthy ones to become wealthier and the poor ones to be poorer. Also, NKPJ explicitly opposes Serbia's membership in NATO, the imperialistic fist that fights against the freedom-loving peoples, nations and countries in the world.
Only those who fight can count to win, and better and righteous life for people is attainable only under socialism. Capitalism can not be repaired, but destroyed as obsolete and harmful. This revolutionary act is a lawful dialectical stage in the development of mankind. Hence, NKPJ proudly highlights its slogan "Marxism-Leninism, tear down capitalism."
