Dear comrades,
we are warmly greeting you on behalf of the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia (NKPJ).
We want to point out that the undertaken anti- NATO meeting in Istanbul on 2nd and 3rd February represents important and genuine act of anti-imperialistic struggle that is in Turkey most consistently led by the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP). TKP is at the same time, leading it on the principles of patriotism and interests of proletarian class of Turkey. This event is precisely confirming it.
Recent developments in Turkey, installing of the Patriot missiles to Turkish-Syrian border by NATO, further attacks and threats to the Syrian and peoples of the region are dangerous acts that are beside interests of the Western imperialism representing only the interests of the bourgeois ruling class in Turkey led by the pro-imperialistic government of Prime Minister Erdoğan.
We also want to emphasize that for our Party, the people of Serbia, but also for the entire region of Balkans, the struggle that you are leading today is the bright example and guide mark to all the peoples of our region in which the destructive character of imperialism was and still is the most evident in entire Europe.
Dear comrades, we wish you success in your struggle, your victory will be also a victory for the Balkan peoples in the struggle for peace, prosperity, solidarity and socialism.
