Dear comrades,
We learned with great sadness today of the death of comrade of Yuri Mishin, first secretary of the CC of the CP of Estonia, member of the CC of the CPSU, and local councillor in the city of Narva.
Comrade Yuri Mishin, loyal to the end to the ideals of communism, on the road which was paved by the Great October Socialist Revolution, dedicated his whole life to the struggle for the rights of the workers of your country, for the cause of socialism-communism.
The sudden death of comrade Yuri Mishin is certainly a great loss for your party and the international communist movement.
We ask you, dear comrades, to convey our sincere condolences to all the comrades and family of comrade Yuri Mishin.

С глубокой скорбью мы узнали сегодня о смерти товарища Юрия Александровича Мишина, Первого секретаря ЦК Компартии Эстонии, члена ЦК КПСС и депутата городского собрания города Нарва.
Товарищ Ю. Мишин был до конца верен идеалам коммунизма, пути начертанному Великой октябрьской революцией. Он посвятил всю свою жизнь борьбе за права трудящихся вашей страны, делу социализма-коммунизма.
Внезапная кончина товарища Ю. Мишин безусловно является большой утратой для вашей партии и международного коммунистического движения.
Дорогие товарищи, просим вас передать наши искрение соболезнования всем товарищам и семье т. Ю. Мишинa.
